1 Introduction & Definitions

2 Account Registration

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 (1,000 × 20) in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per account, device, or household.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used to play games.
• gl333 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the account may be closed and funds forfeited.
• The deadline to claim a bonus will be set according to the terms of the specific promotion.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Operations

All games offered on gl333 are operated by internationally recognised game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt). The outcome of each game is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and is completely impartial.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result becomes undefined or faulty due to a technical issue, gl333 reserves the right to void that bet and return the deposit. Any unusual winnings resulting from a technical error will be considered void.

6.3 Network Disconnection

If the internet connection is lost during a game, the game round will be saved on the server and the result will be displayed once the connection is restored. gl333 is not liable for network issues.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false or fake identity.
• Applying strategies with the intent to abuse bonuses or exploit the system.
• Attempting unauthorised interference with the platform's software or game engine.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Stealing another member's information or attempting unauthorised access to their account.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Conducting any form of cyber attack with the intent to disrupt the platform's services.
• Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a third party.
• Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by gl333

gl333 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• A breach of the terms and conditions occurs.
• Information provided during identity verification is found to be false.
• Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns are observed.
• Due to a security risk or technical reason.
• In response to a government or legal directive.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

You may request the closure of your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Please ensure all eligible balances are withdrawn before the account is closed. Any bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement on a closed account will be cancelled.

9 Limitation of Liability

gl333 is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connection issues or third-party network failures.
• Unauthorised use of an account resulting from a member's own negligence or disclosure of their password.
• Service disruption caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.).
• Software errors or changes by third-party game providers.
• Financial losses arising from gaming — which are entirely the member's own decision and responsibility.

gl333's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the actual amount of the affected transaction.

12 Changes to Terms
